About the role We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Burton on Trent. You will keep several grounds across the region in a wonderful condition for our clients, through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties as well as litter picking. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment. Requirements Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience is preferred but not essential. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset. A full valid UK driving licence with at least 1 year driving experience. PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
