About the Role

Grounds Maintenance Operatives are required in Salisbury on a fixed-term contract until the end of October. Working 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 15:45, the successful candidates will care for local grounds, carrying out grass cutting with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimming, pruning, weeding, and shrub and border upkeep, alongside litter collection and related horticultural tasks. Applicants should bring previous experience using mowers and strimmers. The position offers up to £12.71 per hour. This role suits those who take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard throughout the season.

About the role
We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Salisbury. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements
* Previous Grounds Maintenance experience using mowers and strimmers required.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
* PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
