The contract will initially be temporary but could lead to permanent work for the successful candidate. You will be responsible for maintaining communal green spaces and duties will include: Grass cutting Weeding Pruning and cutting shrubs and trees Using hand held machinery General tidying and maintenance Knowledge and skills required: General awareness of Health and Safety and an ability to work in line with risk assessments Able to work with minimum supervision and use your own initiative Ability to undertake a wide variety of work including heavy lifting Excellent customer service skills – put the customer first You must hold a full driving licence To apply, in the first instance, please email CV to Chris at The Recruitment Fix Ltd Temporary
