Grounds Maintenance Operative / Team Leader - Coventry - CV Area PPM are currently looking for experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives and Team Leaders are required by our leading commercial grounds upkeep client across the Coventry region. The pay rate is 14.24 - 17.93 per hour (Inc. Holiday Pay), depending on tickets, ticket combinations, and experience.The working hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Your duties will include: Commercial grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, weed control (PA1/PA6), ground-level chainsaw work, stump grinding, and operating mini-diggers and IPAF platforms for site clearance and maintenance. A Full UK Driving Licence, experience operating heavy grounds machinery/power tools, and relevant tickets (PA1/PA6, Chainsaw CS30/CS31, IPAF, or Mini Digger) are essential to command the upper pay rates.
