Duties will include:Grass cutting and strimmingHedge and shrub maintenanceGeneral horticultural and grounds maintenance workLitter picking and cleaning public areasMaintaining parks, open spaces, and cemeteriesGeneral grounds upkeep and seasonal maintenance tasksSafe operation of chainsaws and other grounds maintenance equipmentOperating ride-on mowers, stand-on mowers, brush cutters, hedge cutters (preferably electric), and pedestrian/push mowersDriving a flatbed truck and an electric Ford Transit van as required RequirementsPhysically fit and reliableComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsIT literatePrevious grounds maintenance or horticulture experienceA valid Wood Chipper licenceEmergency First Aid at Work certificateExperience operating ride-on mowers, stand-on mowers, brush cutters, hedge cutters (preferably electric), and pedestrian/push mowersAbility to drive a flatbed truck and an electric Ford Transit vanA valid Enhanced DBS ..... full job details .....
