I''d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, Gardener, Landscaper, Estate Operative, Groundsworker, or in a similar grounds maintenance role.
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative you will be:
- Carrying out grass cutting using professional grounds maintenance equipment
- Completing hedge trimming, shrub maintenance and seasonal planting
- Undertaking strimming, edging and weed control
- Removing and disposing of green waste safely
- Litter picking and maintaining communal outdoor areas
- Sweeping, carrying out weed treatment and completing minor repairs to paved areas
- Delivering high-quality estate maintenance across Housing Association properties
- Previous experience within grounds maintenance, gardening or landscaping
- A full UK driving licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering high standards
- Salary of -25,893 per year
- 37-hour working week
- Early finish every Friday
- Company vehicle provided during working hours
- Ongoing temporary contract with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities

Desirable qualifications include:
- PA1 & PA6 Spraying Licence
- Banksman Training
- Trailer Towing Licence
Location & travel Based in North-East Birmingham, this role offers excellent access across the city and surrounding areas. Major road links including the M6, M5, M42 and A38 make travel between estates straightforward using the company vehicle provided during working hours.
