Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, Bridgend Start Date: 31st August Hours: 40 hours per week Start Time: 7:30am Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour Contract: Temporary Driving Licence: Required About the Role We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Bridgend on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on outdoor role, carrying out general grounds maintenance duties to help keep the site looking clean, tidy and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Operating an on-site vehicle safely and responsibly Watering plants, flowerbeds and landscaped areas Leaf blowing and general site tidying Strimming and maintaining grassed areas Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties as required Keeping outdoor areas clean, presentable and safe Working safely and following site procedures The Ideal Candidate Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience is desirable Full, valid driving licence is essential Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties Reliable, punctual and hardworking Able to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and a pride in maintaining high standards What We Offer 13.50 per hour 40 hours per week 7:30am start Temporary position starting 31st August On-site vehicle provided for work duties If you are an experienced, dependable individual looking for temporary grounds maintenance work, ..... full job details .....
