Grounds Maintenance Operative - Newport

I am looking for a labourer/grounds maintenance operative to work on behalf of a local Newport based council.Work will include all aspects of labouring/grounds maintenance including:Carrying out a varied range of gardening duties, requiring a minimum amount of supervision and use of own initiativeGeneral grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, pedestrian and ride on mowers.Use of hand tools such as strimmers, hedge cutters, blowers and any hand tool required to carry out the job.Marking football fields.Repairs to fine turf and playing surfaces.Litter picking, bin emptying.You will receive: 14.10 P/H3 months guaranteed workI am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:Previous grounds maintennace/labouring experience.A full UK driving license (desirable but not essential)NVQ qualified in horticulture (desirable but not essential)If you are looking to take the leap into a new and exciting role, get in touch with Jack on (phone number removed) or email (url ..... full job details .....
