Location: Eldersfield, Gloucestershire
Hourly Rate: -12.71
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract until 16th October 2026
Working Hours: 40 hours. Mon-Fri 7:30-16:00

About the role

We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Eldersfield. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• A full valid UK driving licence
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
