Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Salisbury, covering Amesbury andamp; South Wilts
Hourly Rate: £12.55 - £12.99 from 1st April
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Working hours: Annualised hours will vary by Season (longer hours in the Summer with banked time off in Winter). 0700-1500 Monday to Thursday andamp; 0700-1430 on Friday.

About the role
We are currently looking for a Grounds Team Leader to join our Salisbury team. You will both supervise and work alongside your small team keeping several grounds across South Wiltshire in wonderful condition for our client and contract; through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and other horticultural duties as required.

Requirements

• Grounds Maintenance working experience with all GM tools andamp; machines
• Proven experience in Team Leader or Supervisor position within GM or a similar industry
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail and a safety conscious mindset
• The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team
• Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations
• Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A full valid UK driving license essential.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses an advantage.
