About the Role

Manpower UK seeks a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Templepatrick on a permanent, full-time basis. Pay reaches £12.71 per hour. Hours run Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00, averaging 40 weekly across the year: 45 during season, 35 throughout winter. Duties include grass cutting with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border care, plus litter collection and related horticultural tasks. Applicants need prior grounds maintenance experience. The successful candidate will hold practical skills in machinery operation, take pride in keeping local sites tidy, and work reliably within a small crew serving clients across the surrounding area.

About the role
We currently require Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Templepatrick. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements
* Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
* A full valid UK driving licence andamp; B+E (towing trailers)
* PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
