About the Role

We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Chislehurst. This temporary role, paying up to £13.61 per hour, involves keeping local grounds in excellent condition through grass cutting with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimming, pruning, weeding, and shrub maintenance. You will also perform litter picking, full horticultural duties, load general and green waste skips, and undertake general cleansing tasks. Working Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30, you will need practical skills in grounds care and the ability to operate equipment safely. This position offers a chance to develop your abilities in a supportive setting.

About the role
We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Bromley. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and full horticultural duties as per contracted works. You will also be expected to load both general waste and green waste skips, along with general cleansing duties.

Requirements

Experience working within Grounds Maintenance.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
