Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Eastleigh Salary: 12.60 per hour Job Type: Temporary Are you passionate about the great outdoors and have a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:Perform a range of gardening and grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard.Engage in horticultural tasks including planting, care, and maintenance of bedding plants.Execute regular grass cutting to maintain grassed areas, ensuring they are healthy and well-manicured.Utilise a variety of power tools safely and efficiently for grounds work. Undertake general grounds work such as the maintenance of borders, paths, and landscaped areas. Skills and Experience:Proven experience in gardening, grounds work, and horticulture.Proficient in operating various power tools used in grounds maintenance.Strong knowledge of bedding plants and their seasonal care requirements.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in varying weather conditions.
