Grounds Maintenance Operative (Temporary - 2 Months)
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: -14.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary (2 months)

We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a dedicated team working across multiple sites in the Ipswich area. This is a hands on role ideal for someone with prior experience in grounds care who enjoys working outdoors as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
• Hedge trimming and maintenance
• Pruning of plants, shrubs, and small trees
• General upkeep of landscaped areas
• Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard
• Working across multiple locations as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential.
• Full UK driving licence (required for travel between sites)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work in various weather conditions
