Pay Rate: -14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Contract: Temporary

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Leiston. This is a hands-on role working outdoors as part of a team, supporting a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out hydroseeding operations
• Planting shrubs, grass, and other vegetation
• Cutting back hedgerows and general vegetation management
• Operating and maintaining machinery, including a ride-on tractor
• Supporting day to day grounds maintenance activities
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Knowledge and experience using a ride on tractor
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team
