Role Overview:
RG Setsquare is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Ground Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality construction and refurbishment projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and edging borders.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal plans.
• Safe operation of machinery such as ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Ensuring all grounds and outdoor areas are well-presented and tidy.

Requirements:

• Prior valid CSCS ticket and Grounds Maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
