This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is committed to excellent public service. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out a variety of grounds maintenance and landscaping duties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of public spacesSafely operate tools, machinery, vehicles, and powered equipmentFollow health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements and risk assessmentsRepresent Dorset Council professionally and respond courteously to public enquiriesWork outdoors in all weather conditions and undertake physically demanding tasksSupport the team with planned and reactive maintenance work as required Essential Skills and RequirementsPrevious experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor manual workAbility to safely use grounds maintenance tools and powered equipmentGood ..... full job details .....
