Grounds Maintenance Operative

Purpose of JobTo provide efficient and effective grounds maintenance support to the Airbus UK Broughton, ensuring general appearance of the grounds are maintained in accordance with the required standards. Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by management are adhered to.Key Responsibilities1. Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times. 2. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE employees and clients'' representatives. 3. Ensure that Planned Preventative Grounds and Horticultural Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Inclusive of Winter Contingency and associated gritting. 4. Identify any defects found to Line Manager. 5. Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Line Manager. 6. To clear litter, leaves and debris from around the site, and clean up spillages as required. 7. Using small road sweeper to clean road edges and general site 8. Emptying of general waste, recycling and cigarette bins. 9. To ensure that gullies, drains etc. are kept free from debris 10. To dispose of waste materials in a safe, hygienic manner ensuring that it is available for collection as required. 11. To undertake porterage tasks as required, deliveries etc. 12.
