GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE LONDONHead Office: Finsbury Vehicle Required Must be able to travel across London £16.45 per hour CIS 8:00am 5:00pm Ongoing WorkWe are currently looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a social housing maintenance team, carrying out grounds maintenance duties across residential properties and communal areas throughout London.THE ROLE:Carrying out grounds maintenance across social housing estates and communal areasGrass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and pruningWeeding, planting and general garden maintenanceMaintaining communal gardens, green spaces and external areasClearing leaves, green waste and general garden debrisKeeping pathways, communal areas and external spaces clean, safe and presentableReporting any damage or maintenance issues identified while on siteWorking professionally around residents and within occupied propertiesREQUIREMENTS:Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experienceSocial housing or residential experience is desirableOwn vehicle is essential due to travelling between propertiesExperience using gardening machinery and hand toolsReliable and professional approachGood understanding of health and safetyAble to work independently£16.45 per hour CIS 8am 5pm North London head office covering properties across London Vehicle essentialCall Tom on (phone number removed) Email: (url ..... full job details .....
