The Operations Manager – Grounds Maintenance has overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality and efficient grounds maintenance services.Responsibilities

Ambitious with a high level of commitmentDemonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contracts including health and safety, training, development and succession planning.Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives.Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes.Passionate about sustainability and social value.Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure efficient contract execution.Proven management experience in a commercial Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping company.Effective leadership, communication and team motivation skills.Champion customer satisfaction – maintaining strong relationships with clients.Attend formal contracts and performance meetings with clients.Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of grounds maintenance colleagues, fostering a culture of operational excellencePromoting inclusive and supportive work environment.DBS certificate checks to be undertaken.Qualifications

Managing Teams – 3 yearsMS Office knoweldge is requiredDegree in HorticultureIn return we offer
