Grounds Maintenance Driver

Experienced Gardener - Stratford £28,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Gardener to join a growing grounds maintenance team based in the Stratford area. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £28,000 per year, working within a supportive, team-focused environment.Our client is an established and fast-growing UK provider of integrated grounds maintenance and green space management services. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their horticultural teams across multiple sites in the region. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out a full range of grounds maintenance and horticultural dutiesUsing hand tools and powered equipment such as hedge cutters, strimmers, and mowersPlanting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs, flower beds, and seasonal displaysSupporting overall site presentation and quality standardsWorking to scheduled tasks and customer expectationsReporting any site issues or improvement opportunities Requirements: Proven experience in grounds maintenance / horticulture is essentialAbility to confidently use horticultural machinery and toolsStrong understanding of plants, shrubs, and general garden maintenanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood awareness of health and safety procedures on siteFull UK driving licence is required - candidates without a licence will not be consideredCandidates without relevant experience will not be considered Desirable (not essential): PA1 and PA6 spraying ..... full job details .....
