IMH Recruitment are looking for reliable Grounds People to work on behalf of our client based in Reading.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks related to groundskeeping, ensuring that our outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting.

Duties

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring optimal conditions for growth.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Clean UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a similar role

Hours & Pay:

• Monday - Friday: 9am -5pm.
• 37 Hours per week
• -14.59 Per hour.
