Ground Worker

Interaction Engineering Ground Worker We are looking for an experienced and reliable Ground Worker to join our team on a range of construction and groundwork projects.The Role As a Ground Worker, you will work as part of a site team carrying out a variety of groundwork duties, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities Excavation and preparation of foundations, trenches and footingsDrainage installation and repairsLaying concrete, kerbs, paving and slabsGround preparation and levellingInstallation of ducting and underground servicesOperating hand tools and relevant plant machineryAssisting with setting out and general site dutiesWorking alongside machine operators and other tradesMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing all site health and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience as a Ground Worker or in a similar construction roleGood knowledge of general groundwork and construction practicesAbility to work effectively as part of a teamGood understanding of site health and safetyReliable, punctual and hardworking attitudePhysically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditionsRelevant qualifications or tickets such as CSCS, CPCS or NPORS are desirable What We Offer Competitive payConsistent workOpportunities for overtimeTraining and development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentPotential for long-term employment To apply: Please send your CV and a brief description ..... full job details .....
