This is a mobile position working in the South London area to carry out external repairs and maintenance within occupied & void social housing properties.  Duties will include the below: General Groundwork repairs Drainage repairs  Manhole repairs Brick repairs Slabbing Block paving Fencing The successful candidate will need strong customers services as this will be dealing with tenants on a daily basis.
