We are currently working with a Housing Association seeking an experienced Ground Worker to join their responsive repairs team in Bedfordshire.Day-to-Day DutiesCarry out day-to-day groundwork repairs in occupied residential properties.Complete paving, slabbing, concreting, and tarmac repairs.Excavate and reinstate footpaths, driveways, and other external areas.Undertake drainage repairs, including clearing, replacing, and installing pipework.Carry out fencing repairs and installations, including posts, panels, and gates.Reinstate external areas following utility or maintenance works.Maintain a tidy and professional approach while working in tenants'' homes and communal areas.Safely operate hand tools and small plant equipment.Identify and report any additional repairs or follow-on works.Support other trades with minor make-good works when required.BenefitsPermanent position with a salary of up to £34,000 per annumCompany van and fuel card providedPaid annual leavePension schemeOngoing training and ..... full job details .....
