The Role As a Groundworker, you will support our long-term partnership with one of the UK''s largest and most respected housing providers, delivering reactive repairs and maintenance across Merseyside and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role focused on external works including fencing, flagging, gate repairs and replacement, as well as pointing to brickwork. You will work across residential properties, helping to maintain safe, functional and well-presented homes and external areas. What You''ll Deliver Carry out external fencing repairs and replacement works to residential properties Install, repair and replace gates and associated external structures Complete flagging and paving repairs to paths and external areas Carry out pointing and minor repairs to brickwork where required Complete external maintenance works to communal and residential properties Diagnose defects and carry out effective repairs to a high standard Maintain safe and tidy working ..... full job details .....
