The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of civil engineering and construction projects, carrying out groundwork activities to support site operations and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Excavation and preparation of sites. Laying foundations, drainage systems, kerbs, and paving. Concreting, trenching, and backfilling. Operating small plant and machinery where qualified. Assisting with site setup and general labouring duties. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Requirements Previous experience as a Ground Worker or in a similar construction role. Valid CSCS card (essential). CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (desirable). Good understanding of site health and safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence (preferred). Temporary
