This role will be based at a major onshore construction site in Norfolk . Ground Supervisor Role: Support the safe, coordinated and efficient execution of day-to-day construction activities across the site. Maintain a strong and visible presence in the field, ensuring HSE requirements, housekeeping standards, access arrangements and work-area coordination are effectively managed. Coordinate interfaces between different trades, disciplines, contractors and subcontractors working on site. Act as the day-to-day field coordination point between site management and the workforce, helping identify and resolve issues before they impact safety, quality, programme or productivity. Monitor ongoing works, identify potential clashes, access restrictions and conflicting activities, and coordinate sequencing to minimise disruption. Carry out regular site walkdowns and ensure work areas, access routes, walkways and emergency routes remain clean, organised and safe.
