You will be part of a supportive team and will be given the tools and training you need to succeed.What You will Do Carry out scheduled grounds maintenance across multiple estatesPlant and maintain seasonal flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and turfWeed, spray, and perform seasonal leaf clearanceOperate and maintain a range of manual and powered gardening toolsApply and store chemicals safely in accordance with regulationsRemove and dispose of green waste responsiblyAssist with landscaping projects and ongoing improvementsRespond to urgent issues such as vandalism, hazards, or defectsFollow all health and safety procedures and wear PPE as required What You will Need Full UK driving licence (you will be using company vehicles)Experience in gardening or grounds maintenanceAbility to safely operate horticultural machinery and toolsGood communication skills and a customer-focused approachPhysically able to work outdoors in all weather conditionsBasic understanding of health and safety regulationsPA1 and PA6a pesticide ..... full job details .....
