Ground Maintenance Operative

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Eastleigh
You must be highly motivated and skilled in all grounds maintenance operations including the operation of power tools, ride on mowers , Applicants must be neat, tidy and able to achieve excellent results under tight time restraints and must communicate to customers with a friendly and enthusiastic approach. Attention to detail and quality is essential.
Work to include carrying out:

• General amenity grass/lawn cutting and maintenance
• Hedge trimming and pruning of shrubs for visual impact using best horticultural practices
• Dead heading perennials at appropriate times of year
• Weed spraying/moss control
• General site cleansing, collection of litter, sweeping and blowing of surfaces

RATE - -15.50 Per Hour ( Holiday Pay included in the hourly rate)
Working Week: Work comprises of a 5 day week 7am - 3.45pm ( Fridays are 7am - 3.15pm)
