Ground Maintenance Operative

Madisons are recruiting for a Ground Maintenance Operatives to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours based across London. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ground maintenance activities including raking, mulching, and weed control.
• Assist in the planting and transplanting of trees and shrubs
• General garden maintenance 
• Using a range of hand held and powered machinery 
• Planting and pruning 
• Grass cutting, hedge strimming and general maintenance duties 

Qualifications:

• Previous horticultural experience 
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Details:

• Permanent role
• Immediate start available
• Monday to Friday - 7:30-5:00
