Job Title: Grounds Maintenance GardenerLocation: SloughEmployment Type: Full-TimeHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Pay: Weekly PayJob PurposeTo maintain and improve lawns, landscaped areas, gardens, and external grounds across sites in Chertsey and surrounding areas, ensuring all outdoor spaces are safe, tidy, and well-presented.Also fixing, maintaingins sote etcKey ResponsibilitiesGrass cutting, edging, and lawn maintenanceHedge trimming, pruning, planting, and weedingMaintenance of flower beds, shrubs, and treesLeaf clearance and seasonal groundworkApplication of fertilizers and pesticides (where qualified)Operation and basic maintenance of gardening machinery and toolsKeeping paths and hard landscaped areas clean and safeReporting hazards, damage, or plant health issuesAdhering to all health and safety proceduresRequirementsEssential:Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experienceAbility to operate gardening machinery safelyGood physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weatherFull UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty pointsReliable, punctual, and self-motivatedDesirable:Horticultural qualificationPA1/PA6 spraying licenceExperience driving company vans or towing ..... full job details .....
