This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with high-precision components where accuracy, quality and attention to detail are essential. The Role As a Grinding Operative, you will be responsible for producing and finishing precision-engineered components to drawing and specification. You will operate grinding equipment to achieve tight tolerances and high-quality finishes, carrying out inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include: Operating grinding machinery to manufacture precision components Setting and adjusting machinery as required Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications Checking components using precision measuring equipment Working accurately to tight dimensional tolerances Carrying out in-process and final inspection Identifying and reporting any quality issues Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area Following company quality and health & safety procedures ...
