Job Title: Grinder / Labourer
Location: Brownhills, West Midlands
Pay Rate: -14.50 per hour
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Grinder / Labourer to join their team in Brownhills. This is an ongoing position offering long-term, consistent work in a busy and supportive workshop environment.

About the Role:
The successful Grinder / Labourer will carry out grinding and finishing tasks on mild steel components, along with general labouring duties across the shop floor. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with practical experience or a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate handheld grinders and other tools to clean and finish metal parts
• Support general labouring tasks and assist skilled trades as required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the workspace
• Follow instructions and work efficiently to meet ongoing production demands

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Grinder / Labourer, or similar role is desirable
• Transferrable skills from construction, fabrication, or manual labour roles will be considered
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Punctual, reliable, and ready to contribute to a productive team
