Grinder

A Grinder is required to join a manufacturing company in the Aldridge area of Walsall on a day shift pattern. The company manufacture dies and tooling for the printing industry.

Your duties and responsibilities as a Grinder will include;

• Hand sharpening rotary dies, focusing on the cavity inside the die to ensure tight spec finishing
• Using scopes to re-sharpen repaired dies
• Operating grinding machines to accurately grind metal dies to tight tolerances and achieve high surface finishes
• Using measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality
• Supporting general production activities where required

The hours / pay rates for this Grinder role are;

• Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:00pm (40 hours)
• Paying -15.00 per hour
• Temp to perm
