About the Role
H&C Solutions seeks a Grill Chef for a permanent role in London, based near St Katharine's Dock (E1). The successful candidate will manage the grill section, cooking prime cuts of meat and fish for a British menu. This award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar serves 150 covers daily, rising to 220–240 at weekends, within a kitchen brigade of over fifteen. Each section receives support from at least two staff. Working pattern includes weekends. Salary is competitive. Applicants should demonstrate skill in grilling prime cuts, section management, and consistency under volume. Style and elegance define the venue, which attracts loyal, repeat custom.

Handamp;C Solutions are proudly recruiting for an exclusive neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near to St Katherines Dock (E1). The restaurant oozes style and elegance. Every fixture/furniture within the restaurant, bar and private dining room are hand-picked, creating a unique dining experience their guests. The restaurant is hugely successful with predominately neighbourhood, repeat custom.
Grill Chef benefits:

Grill Chef requirements:
- They are seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate, career driven and works well within as part of a team.
- A skilled Chef de Partie with a proven employment background having trained and gained experience on the grill section.
- A Chef de Partie that is happy to work 45/48 hours over a 4 day week.
