As a result, we have a number of exciting new roles which have become available. We have an exciting position available for a Greenspace Operative to join us! You ll undertake a wide range of maintenance and associated tasks across Greenspace services on all One Manchester owned and managed properties. The role involves carrying out Greenspace maintenance works at both tenanted and vacant properties, supporting the upkeep, improvement, and presentation of external environments across the portfolio. You ll carry out Greenspace work with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, working to a Right First Time approach by completing tasks in a single visit wherever practicable, while maintaining consistently high standards of quality, performance, and workmanship. You ll undertake a wide range of maintenance and associated tasks across Greenspace services on all One Manchester owned and managed properties, working across both tenanted and vacant homes.
