You will build upon the strong foundation, and work across both organisations, continuing a well-established model of joint delivery and partnership working. The role will be jointly managed by the Director of Communities at Energize and the Head of People and Wildlife. As our Green Social Prescribing Facilitator, you will build capacity and awareness of GSP across the county.
