You will be:Executing some project tasks independently whilst consistently artworking designs to a high standard under the leadership of more senior team membersLearning about materiality and demonstrating an awareness of project budgetsSupporting the team throughout the execution of projectsDeveloping client communication skills, good organisational skills and demonstrating a good understanding of the Creative ProcessBeing conscious of timings and budgets and proactive and communicative with regards to deadlines and expectationsProducing attractive and effective design documents independently, taking into consideration the nature of the project and clientKeeping team members regularly updated on the progress of tasksLiaising effectively with all studio team members, contributing to Tuesday Club often and shows a keen interest in the project process across the studioRequirements
You must have:Some level of education in the design fieldThe ability to carry out tasks independently and efficientlyGreat attention to detailA keen interest in learning and mentoring junior studio membersExcellent organisational skills that support the rest of the team and fall in line with studio standardsStrong written and verbal communication skillsConsistent demonstration of critical thinkingA passion for quality in every endeavourProven ability to meet deadlines under pressureExcellent team player attitudeConsistency in quality of work across projects and stagesWillingness to listen to feedback and use it to improveA hunger to constantly improve the studio’s outputGood knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignSalary
