As a Graphic Designer, you''ll bring your creative flair to life across global e-commerce platforms. You''ll craft pixel-perfect visuals, motion graphics and edit videos to elevate our digital shelf presence. Collaborating with brand, marketing, and content teams, you''ll shape engaging assets for EMEA and ANZ markets. You''ll work with iconic brands like Parker, Sharpie, Breville, NUK, Yankee Candle—and many others—blending design with innovation, including AI tools.We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.Your Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain e-commerce digital assets - web banners, product images, landing pages - for global markets (EMEA and ANZ)Design pixel-perfect graphics for retailer websites and internal platformsRetouch and edit product photography using Photoshop and LightroomCreate motion graphics and video edits for product videos using Premiere Pro and After EffectsEnsure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, following brand style guidesCollaborate with cross-functional teams - designers, copywriters, trade marketers, brand leaders - to execute creative campaignsOptimise and localise content for regional markets using translations and appropriate assetsHandle high-volume design requests for multiple brands while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesUse automation tools and asset storage platforms to streamline workflowContinuously improve design processes and stay up to date with design trends and user-centric approachesLeverage AI-powered tools to create and enhance imagery and video contentQualifications
Minimum: Proven experience creating e-commerce digital assets (e.g. Amazon, retailer sites)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After EffectsSkilled in photo retouching and editing for product imageryExperience in motion graphics and short-form video editingHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesYour advantage :Degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldFamiliarity with studio photography for product shotsExperience using AI design tools and automation platformsUnderstanding of e-commerce and conversion-driven visual storytellingComfortable working independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skillsWhat You Gain
