You’ll be developing all design and artwork assets for the business, from one-page collateral to website banners, webpages, and event stands. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creative and design and can add real value to what we’re producing creatively.Key Responsibilities:Develop all on-brand graphic design requirements for Marketing and, as needed, the wider Blink Payment business.Create mainly online and some offline creative assets, including digital ads, webpages, email templates, product collateral, infographics, image development, social tiles, brand guidelines, and event stands.Bring creative ideas to life, managing the design process from concept to execution.Work across the Marketing team developing graphic and artwork assets for campaigns and marketing operations.Manage workload efficiently, keeping stakeholders apprised of timelines and ensuring creative delivery deadlines are met.Ensure all work meets high standards and brand guidelines before sharing.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in artwork production techniques, software, and technologies.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Clearly communicate with the marketing team and external suppliers to coordinate artwork production processes.Key Skills:Strong portfolio of creative/design work.Over 4 years’ experience in a similar graphic design role.B2B design experience is preferred.Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Great eye for detail and understanding of brand guidelines.Able to translate and execute from briefs.Flexible with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.Good time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.Collaborative nature and positive attitude.Why join Blink Payment?Come on board a fast-growing privately owned business26 Days Annual Leave + Bank HolidaysAn additional day of annual leave for your BirthdayEarly finish on a Friday at 3:30 PMPrivate Health Insurance (Vitality)Access to Perkbox - our flexible benefits portalMatched pension contributions up to 6%Enhanced maternity/paternity leaveFrequent company social events + quarterly company off-sitesLearning and Development OpportunitiesPool Table and PS5 in the officeApply for this role
