— a mid-level creative role within the Marketing department. You will support the delivery of high-quality design outputs across campaigns, digital platforms, partnerships, and properties. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Design Manager, you will contribute to the development of the edyn visual identity across Locke, Cove and future brands, ensuring consistent, impactful design execution across all guest and brand-facing channels.Location and Hours

— Based at our London offices 5 days per week, with core hours of 9-5 (40 hour working week). Flexibility required to travel across the UK and Ireland, depending on business needs.Responsible to

— Senior Graphic Design Manager.Responsibilities

Design and deliver digital assets for use across social media, email, websites, and online advertising.Produce printed materials such as signage, brochures, menus, and event collateral.Assist with development of on-property visuals and brand activations.Support video editing and motion graphics where relevant.Visual Consistency and Collaboration

Ensure all outputs align with the visual identity of Locke, Cove, and the wider edyn brand world.Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Design Manager on day-to-day briefs and long-term initiatives.Partner with the wider Marketing team to create integrated visual content.Ensure consistency, accuracy and attention to detail across all formats.Organisation and Workflow

Maintain and organise asset libraries and brand templates.Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver on time.Take feedback constructively and implement design iterations efficiently.Qualifications and Skills

A strong design portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity and attention to detail.Confident Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects).Fluency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).Familiarity with AI tools that support creative workflow.Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional in-house or agency environment (freelance-only background not suitable).Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, travel or creative sectors is preferred.Seniority level
