The Role - Grape Picker (estimated start date is to be confirmed, but is likely to be late Sept/early October 2025)
We''re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our grape picking teams for the 2025 harvest. No previous experience needed - just a good level of fitness and a great attitude!
 
What you''ll be doing:

• Walking along the vineyard rows (6-10 miles per day on average)
• Snipping bunches of grapes with provided tools
• Placing bunches in crates positioned beneath the vines
  Don''t worry - full guidance will be given on day one, and you''ll be working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

A few things to note:

• You must have your own transport - the vineyard is in a rural location
• This is an outdoor role, so bring a waterproof jacket and sturdy boots or wellies - we work in all weather (unless there''s a full day of heavy rain)
• A degree of flexibility is needed - harvest days may shift slightly depending on the weather

�� Pay & Hours:

• £12.21 per hour plus holiday pay equates to £13.68 per hour
• Paid at the end of the assignment (unless agreed otherwise)
• Monday to Sunday, approx. 8am-4:30/5pm (weather dependent)
• Approx. 2 weeks work available 

Please note: 100% attendance is required - harvest runs for just  week and every day counts!
