The Company:Honeycomb is delighted to be working with an established organisation that provides funding and support to local community initiatives and capital projects across Northern Ireland.The organisation plays an important role in supporting projects that deliver positive outcomes for local communities, helping organisations access funding to develop facilities, services and community-led initiatives.We are currently recruiting for a Grants Assessor to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month period.The Role:As Grants Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing grant applications and supporting documentation, ensuring applications meet the relevant eligibility criteria and funding requirements.Key responsibilities will include:Assessing grant applications against agreed eligibility and assessment criteriaReviewing supporting documentation and financial information provided by applicantsChecking applications for accuracy, completeness and compliance with funding requirementsIdentifying any missing information or areas requiring further clarificationLiaising with applicants where additional information is requiredMaking clear and evidence-based recommendations in relation to applicationsMaintaining accurate records of assessments and decisionsUpdating internal databases and systems with application informationSupporting the wider grants team with the processing and administration of applicationsPreparing reports and information as requiredEnsuring ..... full job details .....
