Grants and Contracts Manager

LGBT Foundation is a vibrant national charity dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing and equality of LGBTQ+ people. Through our established services and developing initiatives, we provide vital support to LGBTQ+ communities while working towards a more equal and just society. We are looking for an experienced Grants and Contracts Manager to help secure sustainable funding for our work. The role will lead the development of compelling funding applications and tenders, build strong relationships with funders and partners, and oversee effective grant and contract administration and compliance. You will have experience of writing and submitting successful funding applications to trusts, foundations and statutory funders, together with excellent persuasive writing, financial literacy and organisational skills. You will ideally have line-management experience, an understanding of the issues affecting LGBTQ+ communities and a strong commitment to equality of opportunity. Experience of tender processes would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled bid writer and relationship manager who wants their work to make a meaningful difference.
