Your new company We''re partnering with a specialist building services consultancy known for delivering high-quality MandE designs across luxury hotels, bars, restaurants, and premium commercial developments, alongside a range of industrial projects.They''re now looking for a Graduate or Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team, offering the chance to develop your career on prestigious projects while benefiting from a flexible, supportive environment.Your new role You''ll support the delivery of mechanical building services design across a diverse project portfolio, gaining hands-on experience and exposure across all stages of design.Assist in the design of mechanical building services systems (HVAC, ventilation, etc.)Produce drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD (Revit exposure beneficial)Support calculations including load assessments and system sizingWork alongside senior engineers to develop practical, high-quality design solutionsContribute to coordinated designs within a multidisciplinary teamWhat you''ll need to succeed Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services related disciplineBasic understanding of building services design principlesFamiliarity with AutoCAD (Revit advantageous but not essential)Strong communication skills and willingness to learnGood organisation and ability to meet deadlinesDesirablePlacement or internship experience within building servicesAwareness of CIBSE guidelines / UK Building ..... full job details .....
