This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Youth Work, Criminology, Sports Development or a related subject who is looking to gain practical experience working with children and young people. You do not necessarily need a Teaching Assistant qualification. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience supporting young people and who have a genuine interest in SEND, SEMH, behaviour or pastoral support.
