We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience supporting young people and who have a genuine interest in SEND, SEMH, behaviour or pastoral support.The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs Building positive and trusting relationships with young people Supporting emotional regulation and confidence Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Supporting pupils during lessons and unstructured times Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams Helping pupils develop independence and social skills Monitoring engagement and providing feedback to school staffRelevant Backgrounds May Include: Psychology Graduate Child Development Graduate Education Graduate SEND / Special Educational Needs Youth Worker Youth Mentor Sports Coach Behaviour ..... full job details .....
