JOB TITLE: GRADUATE TOWN PLANNERLOCATION: ABINGDONPenguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established, design-led consultancy in their search for a Graduate Town Planner to join their team in Abingdon.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Planner with some experience to join a respected consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, mixed-use, and urban regeneration schemes. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of the planning process.THE ROLEAs a Graduate Town Planner, you will support the delivery of planning projects from early-stage feasibility through to submission and determination.You will work closely with senior team members, gaining experience across a range of sectors while developing your technical skills and understanding of the planning system within a collaborative and creative environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications Assisting with site appraisals and feasibility assessments Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation Conducting planning policy research and analysis Liaising with Local Planning Authorities and stakeholders Supporting senior planners on a range of projects Attending site visits, meetings, and consultations Assisting with project coordination and documentationWHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related discipline Some ..... full job details .....
