This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with a strong academic background in Maths, English or Science who are passionate about helping young people succeed.The RoleAs a Graduate Tutor, you will work within secondary schools providing targeted one-to-one and small group intervention sessions to students who require additional academic support. You will help pupils improve their understanding of key subjects, develop confidence, and overcome barriers to learning.Many of the students you support may have additional needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or have experienced periods of absence from school. Your ability to build positive relationships and provide consistent encouragement will play a vital role in helping them achieve their potential.Your Responsibilities Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group intervention sessions in Maths, English and/or Science.
